We will then evaluate the claim and advise you via mail on what further steps must be taken. We may request the cover to be returned for repair or alteration, by you or your pool dealer. Upon inspection, if the damage is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the liner at our discretion. If the cover cannot be repaired and a replacement is needed, a new liner can be made. The replacement liner cost will be pro-rated as per the table in your warranty. Please note freight is not included. No reimbursement(s) will be given for replacement cover purchased elsewhere.
